Welcome to Inspire Clipper. By installing or using this product you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service description

Inspire Clipper is a Chrome browser extension that provides:

Save highlights, todos, and notes from web pages
Sync to Notion / Obsidian
Multi-device cloud sync (Pro)
AI-powered analysis (summarize, classify, score, expand)
Data export (JSON / CSV / Markdown)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable prior notice.

2. Free and Pro tiers

Free (no payment required):

Up to 100 saved items
Notion / Obsidian sync
JSON export
5 AI analyses per day

Pro (paid subscription):

Unlimited items
Multi-device cloud sync
All export formats (CSV / Markdown)
100 AI analyses per day
Priority support

3. Payment and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Creem. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year; monthly subscriptions are billed each month.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the product for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
Resell or sublicense your subscription
Use automated tools to abuse the AI quota or cloud sync service

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the product belong to the developers. Your saved content remains yours.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the product will be error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

8. Third-party services

The product integrates with Notion, Obsidian, Cloudflare, DeepSeek, and Creem. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of these services.

9. Privacy

Your use of the product is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the product at any time.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration.
