Which browsers are supported?
All Chromium-based browsers: Chrome, Edge, Arc, Brave, and others. Firefox support is planned.
Is my data safe?
Your clips are stored locally in your browser by default and never uploaded without your action. Cloud sync (Pro) uses encrypted Cloudflare R2 storage.
Can I use it outside China?
Yes. AI uses DeepSeek which is accessible globally without a VPN. Notion sync requires access to Notion's servers. Obsidian sync is fully local.
How do I activate Pro after purchase?
Enter the email address you used at checkout in the extension Settings page → Pro section, then click Activate. It usually takes a few minutes after payment.
Can I get a refund?
If you have issues, please contact support@siwize.com first. We handle refunds case by case within 7 days of purchase.
